How I Lost 7 kg at Home in 1 Week

Losing weight at home can be simple if you follow the right routine. I tried a plan for 1 week and lost 7 kg! Here’s what I did:

My Daily Routine

Water & Fasting

  1. I drank 11 glasses of water every day.
  2. I did 16 hours fasting and only drank water during fasting hours.
  3. This helps your metabolism and cleans your body.

Healthy & Light Food

  1. I ate light and healthy food at home, like boiled vegetables, fruits, and steamed meals.
  2. Avoided junk food completely.
